At WildPaw, your dog’s wellbeing is our priority. Because our products are ingestible supplements, we maintain strict quality and safety standards.
Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
- Products must have been purchased directly from mindfulmushroomcompany.ca
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Opened or used products
- Products returned without prior authorization
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Orders purchased through third-party retailers
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
support@mindfulmushroomcompany.ca
Include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the product and packaging
We will promptly evaluate the issue and send a replacement or refund if approved.
How to Request a Return
To request a return:
- Email us at support@mindfulmushroomcompany.ca within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- If approved, we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Important Safety Notice
WildPaw products are dietary supplements intended for canine use only. Because these are ingestible products:
- We cannot accept opened containers for return.
- Results may vary depending on the individual dog.
- Products must be used as directed.
WildPaw reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above criteria.
