We are a health-conscious family rooted in the mountains of the Kootenays, British Columbia. Surrounded by forest, fresh air, and endless trails, we’ve always been drawn to a life connected to nature—hiking, camping, growing our own food, and living simply and intentionally. With two grown boys and a busy, active household, wellness has always been a priority for our family.
